Solar Cells + Solar Engines

Solar engines collect + store electric charge temporary until a capacitor is filled (ranges in time based on capacitor size); once full, the capacitor dumps the charge powering the device for a given amount of time. This process repeats itself with varying time frames, for charging + discharging, in relation to sunlight levels.
